At Community Link Foundation Uganda (CLFU), we are deeply committed to addressing one of the most pressing issues in our communities—gender-based violence (GBV). Despite ongoing efforts, women and girls in many parts of Uganda continue to face physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, with little recourse for justice.
Our protection programs are dedicated to supporting survivors of GBV and raising awareness of gender equality issues. Through community outreach, workshops, and advocacy, we work tirelessly to challenge harmful cultural practices, reduce stigma, and ensure that women and girls know their rights.
CLFU provides a safe space for survivors, offering counseling, legal support, and rehabilitation services. We also collaborate with local leaders, law enforcement, and other partners to create a more supportive environment for those affected by GBV.
By tackling the root causes of gender-based violence and promoting gender equality, we hope to create a future where women and girls can live free from fear, access their full potential, and contribute meaningfully to society.
Together, we can stop gender-based violence and empower women and girls for a better tomorrow.
