3. Program Components:

3.1 Formal Education Support

• School Fees and Materials: CLFU will provide scholarships to cover tuition, school fees, uniforms, and learning materials such as textbooks, notebooks, and stationery.
• Teacher Training and Capacity Building: Conduct regular training programs for teachers on modern teaching techniques, inclusive education practices, child psychology, and classroom management.
• Infrastructure Improvement: Improve or construct classrooms, libraries, sanitation facilities, and access to clean water.
• Curriculum Development: Work with local educational authorities to ensure that curricula are inclusive, practical, and relevant to the needs of students in rural areas.

3.2 Vocational and Life Skills Training

• Skills Development Centers: Establish vocational training centers for young people to learn skills in areas such as carpentry, tailoring, farming, electronics, and hospitality.
• Entrepreneurship Programs: Train youth on entrepreneurship, business management, and financial literacy to empower them to create their own businesses and create job opportunities.
• Digital Literacy: Provide computer literacy courses to equip students and youth with skills necessary for the digital economy.

• Phase 2 (6-18 Months): Start providing educational materials, scholarships, and begin teacher training. Launch after-school and vocational programs.
• Phase 3 (18+ Months): Expand the program into more remote areas, assess progress, and make adjustments to the curriculum based on community feedback. Develop sustainability plans for ongoing education support.
